Switches

Aelius Semiconductors offers variety of broadband HEMT switches covering DC-40GHz with very low insertion loss, high isolations & switching speeds less than 50ns.

SPST switches offered are reflective in nature with both the variants, with & without on-chip driver in the frequency range of DC-20GHz.

Almost all the SPDT switches from DC-40GHz are with integral driver & few are absorptive in nature.
