Amplifiers

Aelius Semiconductors provides a wide range of amplifier types i.e., Low Noise Amplifiers, Wideband Amplifiers, Medium Power Amplifiers, High Power amplifiers operating over the frequency range of DC-40GHz. Most of the amplifiers are provided with the integrated on-chip matching, avoiding the use of additional components except for the DC bypasses.

Low Noise Amplifiers are designed to cover various Radar bands with high gains & low noise figure to enhance the receiver sensitivity.

Wideband amplifiers offer a wide range of bandwidths, as high as more than five octaves making them suitable for EW applications.

Medium & high power amplifiers offer efficient amplifiers with wide selection of power levels from 0.1W to 15W
