Attenuators

Aelius Semiconductors provides low loss fixed attenuators upto 40GHz as well as digital attenuators upto 20GHz.It also offers voltage variable attenuator in the frequency range of 0.5-2GHz with an attenuation range of 30dB.

Miniature fixed attenuators of different values ranging from 1dB to 20dB are available in the chip form covering the frequency range of DC-40GHz.

Most of the digital attenuators offered till 20GHz are 6 bit with an attenuation range of 31.5dB & resolution of 0.5dB. All the attenuators not only have low amplitude errors but also has a very good control over the phase with an additional advantage of integrated TTL drivers.
