Digital Phase Shifters

Aelius Semiconductors offers 5 / 6 / 7 / 8-Bit digital phase shifters in various frequency bands of L, S, C, X, Ku, etc. with on-chip TTL driver for phased array radar applications. All the phase shifters designed are with low RMS phase error with minimal insertion loss. Additional advantages are low power consumption & faster switching with the integral drivers.
